Jubilee Arch

Jubilee Arch -

Jubilee Arch is a large processional arch built in a prominent and public space in Upper Teesdale. A temporary structure 7.5m in height clad in the raw fleece of locally bred sheep. A monument to mark the historic moment in time and celebrate the largely agricultural community of the upper dale. Created at the height of the wildflower meadow season, the arch is a strong visual statement of the Upper Dale - a testament to those who help shape and nurture the stunning landscape.
